Parmesan and Garlic Roasted Broccolini



  • 1 small bundle of broccolini
  • 2 T olive oil
  • 2 T garlic
  • 1/2 c grated Parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  1. Preheat your oven to 425.
  2. Toss the broccolini with the olive and garlic.
  3. Place it on a rimmed baking sheet and sprinkle with cheese, salt, and pepper.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes.
