I cannot believe that in a little over two weeks, Dustin and I will be on a plane to Bermuda. I’ve already bought 5 new dresses to wear and 3 pairs of adorable sandals. Now, it’s time to plan some more foodie destinations!
This time, I’m featuring The Picked Onion. Along with tasty cocktails like the Jealous Coconut (Bacardi Coco rum, Midori liqueur and pineapple juice), I’m dying to try the Lobster Mac n Cheese Balls (lobster chunks macaroni and 4 cheeses, fried crisp and served with marinara and ranch sauces). Also on my to-eat list there is the Macadamia Crusted Brie (crispy fried brie cheese, fig and berry chutney, Bermuda honey, grilled flatbread) and the Island Spiced Fish Cakes (Allspice, clove and cumin spiced market seafood, pan seared with basmati rice, sauteed vegetables and a charred pineapple coconut sauce).
