>Mother’s Day Menu Preview – The Appetizer:

1 ½ c. mayonnaise
1 (4 oz) jar dices pimento, drained
1 t. Worcestershire sauce
1 t. finely grated onion
¼ t. ground red pepper
1 (8 oz) block extra-sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 (8 oz) block sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
STIR together 1st 5 ingredients in a large bowl; stir in cheeses. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 2 qt. or 11X7″ baking dish.
BAKE at 350º for 20 minutes or until dip is golden and bubbly.
SERVE with crackers or chips.
